Class 1, Level of Evidence A for radial access

Updated guidelines published by the American College of Cardiology (ACC), American Heart Association (AHA), and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI) gave radial access a Class 1 and Level of Evidence A indication for patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for the followings: 
・Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) 
・Stable ischemic heart disease (SIHD) 
・Level of Evidence A 
・Procedures and approaches with high quality evidence from more than one randomized control trial (RCT).
